Mosti Mondiale Meglioli Wine Making Kits

Characteristics:
* 100% genuine varietal musts in 23-litre size packaging
* Stable at room temperature (will not ferment unless bag is opened and yeast is added.)
* Balanced and standardized musts - some varieties with red raisins.
Note: This method of including red raisins in the primary fermentation accentuates colour, bouquet, flavours and the level of alcohol in the wines.
* Presentation is in a bag in an attractive box
* Fermentation: 2 to 4 weeks
* Clarification: 2 to 4 weeks
* Maturation time: 2-4 weeks in carboy before bottling

* Contains everything necessary (add packs) as well as capsules, labels, neck labels and corks.
* Note: The Amarone, Barolo, Rojo Grande and the new blend come with a 454g bag of red raisins and a 180g bag of oak chips. The Estrella Blanca and the Bianco Celestiale, contain a 250-gram package of specially selected white raisins.
